Jessica Enslow is a mother-of-7 yet you can't tell from her body. You also can never guess her age by looking at her.

The woman, who had her first child in 1994 and her last in 2013, has garnered massive followership on social media where she shares fitness tips. People have been wondering about her age for so long and it has now been revealed she's 43 years old. Yet, people constantly mistake her to be sisters with her 23-year-old daughter.

The Utah mom had four kids from her first marriage, and three from her second. Enslow reveals she started working out at home, before training with a professional.

"Now, my hubby & I have it set up where 3 days/week we go while they are all in school," she revealed on Instagram. "I do cardio before anyone is awake on Mondays & we plan on going on Saturdays & will have an older child help out for a bit. It’s been an adjustment for us, but it’s working really well for now."

She adds: "I’ve realized that if you find something you love, you’re more likely to stick with it! I now know I pretty much hate plyometrics & running, but I love #weighttraining & #cardio on the elliptical."
